Submit the required documents
A diplomatic ID, passport, valid work permit and KRA PIN certificate are mandatory and must be submitted before the import process can commence.
Consultation and vehicle sourcing
We begin by understanding your requirements, confirming your eligibility, and discussing your preferred vehicle, budget, and timeline. We then source suitable vehicles and present carefully selected options for your consideration.
Purchase and due diligence
Once you select your preferred vehicle and confirm the required 50% deposit, we coordinate purchase and supplier payment. Before purchase is confirmed, we review the vehicle's condition, documentation and supplier credibility.
Inspection
All vehicles undergo the required QISJ pre-export inspection to ensure compliance with Kenya's import requirements before shipping, and an inspection certificate is issued.
Shipping and documentation
We coordinate shipment and all required documentation. Approximately one week after the vessel departs, we provide soft copies of your shipping documents so you can begin your exemption application. Optional marine insurance can also be arranged at this stage.
Customs clearance and registration
Upon arrival, we oversee customs clearance, registration, and all statutory requirements before your vehicle is released.
Vehicle delivery
Your vehicle is professionally handed over to you, ready for the road.
